The 30-day trial

Found builds your site and runs it live on your domain for thirty days at no cost. You sign nothing to begin. You give no card. If on day thirty-one you choose to keep it, the price is $1,500 plus $500 a month going forward. If you choose not to keep it, Found takes the site down. There is no cancellation call, no claw-back, no card on file.

Ownership during the trial

Until you pay the keep-it fee, Found owns the design files and the deployed site. You own the content you provided (your business name, photos, reviews, copy you wrote). On payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the design on the domain it was built for, and the source files are transferred to you.

Ongoing service

The $500/month covers ongoing AI-search optimization and the workflow automations described on the homepage. You may cancel any month with thirty days' written notice. There is no annual commitment.

Limitation of liability

Found's liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you have paid in the twelve months prior to any claim. We do not warrant specific search rankings beyond the citation guarantee described at trial start.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County.
